Returns and Refunds
At Vetucci, we take pride in the craftsmanship behind every dress. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to assist and make it right. Every return is handled with care, because your experience matters to us.
How Can You Return (Parts of) Your Order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and preferably in its original packaging.
Here is how to initiate a return:
- Send an email to support@vetucci.com with your order number and a short explanation for the return.
- Wait for confirmation from our team. We will provide the correct return address based on where your order was shipped from.
- Once approved, securely package the item, ideally in its original box or bag.
- Ship the item to the return address provided.
- Please share the tracking number with us so we can follow your return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered. Returns are sent back to our fulfillment location in Asia unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Timing
Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after approval. If you do not see the refund yet, please check with your payment provider first, as some banks may take additional time.

Cancellations
Plans can change, and we understand.
- You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it to receive a full refund.
- Send an email to support@vetucci.com with your order number and “Cancellation” in the subject line.
- If your order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may return it once it arrives.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize.
- Please email support@vetucci.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the item on a flat surface, with labels visible.
We will offer a free one-time replacement. If the replacement also arrives with an issue, you will receive a full refund.
Product Issues After Use
If a defect appears after use and seems to be a manufacturing issue rather than normal wear, contact us. We stand behind the quality of our pieces and want you to receive something that lasts.
Please note that normal wear, such as scuffs or natural fabric aging over time, is not considered a defect.
If Your Order Was a Gift
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we can offer a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received and approved, you will receive a gift certificate.
Missing Package?
If your order has not arrived or was lost in transit, contact us. We will first resend your order before applying any refund policy, as our priority is that you receive your purchase.
Final Note
Every Vetucci piece reflects our standard of quality and design. If something is not right, we will address it properly.
